June - August 2025 Discount Offer: Buy One Get a Second Sailor 70% Off +Balcony Upgrade

1. Offer Overview. These terms and conditions detail the Virgin Voyages’ “June - August 2025 Buy One Get a Second Sailor 70% Off + Balcony Upgrade” Offer. This is a dual offer consisting of (a) a 70% discount for a second sailor and (b) a Balcony Upgrade for an Eligible Booking.
   
   1.1 June - August 2025 Buy One Get a Second Sailor 70% Off: Under the “70% Off 2nd Sailor” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of 35% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin. Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.1. Additionally, if four(4) Sailors travel together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 35% off their Voyage Fare.
   
   1.2 Balcony Upgrade: Qualified bookings will receive a complimentary upgrade from a “Sea View” to a “Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony or Ltd View Sea Terrace” cabin, shown as the same price between the Sea View and Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony or Ltd View Sea Terrace cabin. Pricing and availability for the Balcony Upgrade Offer are subject to change. Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.2.

2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1 and section 3.2) on an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US East Coast time on May 30, 2025 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US East Coast time on August 28, 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, revenue voyages.

3. Restrictions/Exclusions/Caveats. The “June - August 2025 Buy One Get a Second Sailor 70% Off + Balcony Upgrade” Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.
   
   3.1. The June-August 2025 Buy One Get a Second Sailor 70% Off Offer is only applicable to the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd
   
   View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd
   
   View Sea Terrace. This offer excludes the Solo Sea View and Solo Insider cabins.
   
   3.2 Eligible cabins for the Balcony Upgrade are as follows: Bookings in Sea View cabins will be upgraded to a Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony cabin or to a Ltd View Sea Terrace cabin.
   
   3.3 Charter voyages are excluded from the June - August 2025 Buy One Get a Second Sailor 70% Off + Balcony Upgrade” Offer.

   2. Eligibility / Caveats

      2.1 Virgin Voyages will provide a Promotional Sailor Loot Credit of up to $300 USD per cabin on all new bookings purchased on an eligible voyage between 12:01 a.m. local U.S. East Coast time on May 30, 2025 through 11:59 p.m. local U.S. East Coast time on June 26, 2025. When booking, the offer will automatically apply to the reservation.

      2.2 Promotional Sailor Loot Amounts:

      2.3 Eligible Cabins. This offer applies only to the following cabin categories.       2.6 Incentive and Contracted Circle Programs are excluded from this offer.

    Exclusive Sailor Loot” Offer Terms & Conditions

   1. These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ “EXCLUSIVE SAILOR LOOT exclusive offer (the “Offer”).

   2. Offer Details. Virgin Voyages will provide an onboard credit (i.e., “Sailor Loot”) to any passengers (“Sailors”) that book a select Virgin Voyages sailing with our travel agency starting March 15, 2025. Contact our agency for full list of eligible sailings

   3. Eligibility.

   • The offer applies to select open revenue voyages that are at least 121 days from Bookings made within 120 days of departure are not eligible for this “Exclusive Sailor Loot” offer.

   • Excluded: Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e.charter voyages and contractual Circles are excluded from the Offer).

   • Sailor Loot is contingent on the voyage length, booking window and “meta-category” of cabin or suite booked. Virgin Voyages will issue Sailor Loot PER CABIN for Sea Terrace cabin meta-category and Rockstar Quarters meta-category only.
